HISTORY AND BACKGROUND

We are based in Johannesburg, South Africa, and have positioned ourselves as one of the leading production and event companies in Africa.

We have been contracted to stage major live and television events in South Africa, Africa and Internationally, having worked in London, India, Seychelles, Egypt, Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, Morocco, Namibia and Zimbabwe.

NATURE OF THE BUSINESS

The core of our businessis the management, production and staging of live events. A Majority of the events are being produced for direct broadcasting on national and international television. We specialise in Live Events, Corporate Events, Launches and Pageants.

MODUS OPERANDI

We would normally receive a briefing from each client with respect to the aims and expectations of the client. After careful analysis of the client’s needs put proposals forward for deliberation. An agreement in principle would be entered into once the parties have reached consensus on the deliverables and specific time frames. Detailed budgets would normally accompany the business plans to ensure overall achievement of the objectives within the financial constraints. Frequent reporting and liasing with the client’s decision-making body would normally take place to ensure proper control over a project as well as open communication. Frequent liaison would take place during the final preparation of the live events. A review and reconciliation jointly with the client would take place to evaluate performance and identify learning points.
